Sr Financial Analyst

Baxter is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning and analysis. You will coordinate with FP&A leaders to review cash flow projections, budgets, and historical results, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting. This role involves loading budget adjustments, supporting monthly reporting packages, and identifying potential business risks related to cash flow.

• Coordinate with FP&A leaders on cash flow projections, budgets, and results
• Load budget and forecast adjustments into system
• Ensure quality and accuracy of monthly reports, forecasts, and annual budget
• Support delivery of cash flow monthly reporting packages
• Identify and advise on potential business and operational risks related to cash flow
• Liaise with FP&A Global Delivery Center and cross-functional leads
