Senior Financial Analyst

Baystate Health is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their hospital finance team in Springfield, MA. This role supports the organization's financial goals through budget development, reporting, data analysis, and process improvement, partnering with leaders to provide insights for informed decision-making.

• Support annual operating and capital budget development and maintenance
• Analyze financial results, identify variances, and develop action plans
• Develop ad hoc reports, input schedules, and benchmarking reports
• Provide training and support on budgeting applications and variance reporting
• Collaborate with IT on system enhancements and testing
• Maintain data integrity across performance management and benchmarking systems
