Director, Financial Planning & Analysis

Mastercard seeks a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to serve as a strategic finance leader for its North America business. This role will provide financial insight, decision support, and performance management to drive growth and ensure financial commitments are met. The Director will lead core FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting, partnering across various finance and business teams.

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and target-setting
• Own executive-level performance reporting and variance analysis
• Analyze INER performance and drive management actions
• Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases
• Identify performance trends, risks, and opportunities
• Champion AI adoption across NAM Finance
