Executive Assistant Senior- Tax

PCI Pharma Services is seeking an Accounts Receivable & Credit Analyst to manage customer billing, process payments, and ensure timely collections. This role involves maintaining customer records, resolving discrepancies, and identifying financial risks. The analyst will also be responsible for month-end reporting and reconciliations.

• Maintain customer billing records in ERP system
• Issue invoices and post cash receipts
• Contact customers to collect outstanding balances
• Research account disputes and billing discrepancies
• Create and maintain credit history files
• Perform Accounts Receivable month-end reporting
