Senior Manager, Hedge Accounting

Ripple is seeking a Senior Manager of Hedge Accounting to serve as the subject matter expert for FX and Interest Rate risk management. You will own the quality and integrity of all hedge accounting deliverables, develop the Derivative Accounting team, and drive process discipline for scalability. This role requires deep technical authority, hands-on delivery, and a builder's mindset.

• Serve as primary SME for hedge accounting under ASC 815 and IFRS 9
• Advise clients on FX and Interest Rate hedge programs
• Oversee quantitative and qualitative effectiveness assessments
• Mentor and develop Derivative Accounting team members
• Identify and implement process improvements across the hedge accounting lifecycle
• Build trusted relationships with client treasury, accounting, and finance leadership
