Accounting Associate - Reporting

Live Oak Bank is seeking an Accounting Associate to support financial reporting for the company and its affiliates. This role involves assisting with SEC and regulatory filings, month-end close processes, and preparing financial statements and disclosures. You will play a key part in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting for a growing digital bank.

• Assist with SEC reporting (8-Ks, 10-Qs, 10-Ks)
• Support regulatory reporting (FR 2900, call report, Y9s)
• Help with month, quarter, and year-end closing processes
• Prepare financial schedules and journal entries
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
