About this role
As a Senior Accounting & Controllership Manager, you will execute financial reporting in compliance with U.S. GAAP and company policies, overseeing key manufacturing accounting processes. You will ensure accurate balance sheet integrity through insightful analysis and robust reporting, partnering with Finance and Operations to support strategic initiatives and drive continuous process improvements. This role offers a hybrid work model and the opportunity to lead and develop a team.
What we are looking for 6
- Execute financial reporting and manufacturing accounting activities per US GAAP and company policies
- Manage and own accounting processes, including transformation and integration activities
- Perform monthly and quarterly closing activities and balance sheet reviews
- Drive automation initiatives using SAP BI/Analysis for Office and data extraction tools
- Support SOX initiatives and collaborate with internal and external auditors
- Supervise and develop direct reports, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
