Senior Financial Analyst

Workday is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their Corporate FP&A Team in Costa Rica. This role involves revamping planning and tracking processes, providing financial insights to senior management, and modeling business scenarios. You will be responsible for building reporting packages, consolidating P&L projections, and identifying process improvements.

• Build monthly and quarterly reporting packages for senior finance leadership
• Prepare and consolidate company-wide P&L projections
• Own the build of the annual target-setting model
• Collaborate cross functionally to understand business drivers
• Provide quantitative and qualitative financial analyses
• Identify and prioritize process improvements & automation opportunities
