Financial Analyst

Join Mitel's Revenue Operations Finance team as a Financial Analyst to support global Sales and Marketing organizations. You will manage OPEX and headcount, assist with planning and forecasting, prepare financial reports, and provide critical analysis to drive business decisions. This role offers a hybrid work environment in Sofia and the opportunity to collaborate with various global teams.

• Manage OPEX and headcount for Sales and Marketing
• Support annual planning, forecasting, and replanning activities
• Prepare monthly actuals and management reporting
• Provide FP&A support to the global Marketing organization
• Analyze financial performance and identify cost drivers
• Prepare executive-level financial presentations
