Manager Financial Planning and Analysis

Abbott is seeking a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis for their Diabetes Care Division in Alameda, CA. This onsite role leads the analysis and reporting of sales performance, including price/volume, market share, and inventory trends. You will oversee the development of financial plans, latest estimates, and long-range plans, and present findings to senior executives.

• Lead analysis of sales performance, market penetration, and inventory trends
• Develop annual plans, latest best estimates, and long-range strategic plans
• Present financial insights and performance summaries to senior leadership
• Manage and develop a team of finance professionals
• Partner with Commercial and Operations teams
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes
