Senior Accountant

DriveTime is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage general ledger functions, ensure GAAP compliance, and support financial reporting. This role involves preparing complex journal entries, participating in budgeting, and leading special projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist with audits, while also evaluating and improving accounting processes.

• Manage month-end close process and review journal entries
• Ensure accurate accounting records in compliance with GAAP
• Collaborate on annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Prepare management reports and research accounting guidance
• Support external and internal auditors
• Evaluate and improve accounting processes and policies
