What we are looking for 6

Support internal and external financial reporting, including 10-Q and 10-K filings
Manage equity accounting and consolidations for monthly and quarterly close
Analyze complex accounting transactions, revenue recognition, leases, and business combinations
Assist with SOX certifications and audit readiness procedures
Prepare consolidated financial statements and perform analytical reviews
Collaborate with Director of Accounting, Controller, and external auditors
