Senior Financial Accountant

Firmus Technologies is seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to lead the month-end close process and ensure accurate financial reporting for the Group. This role involves maintaining general ledger integrity, driving financial controls, and supporting management reporting in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment. The successful candidate will partner with various teams to enhance financial controls and reporting efficiency.

• Lead end-to-end month-end and year-end close processes
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations, journals, and intercompany accounting
• Manage group consolidation and ensure general ledger integrity
• Drive continuous improvement in close processes and financial controls
• Partner with operational, commercial, and project teams
• Support finance transformation initiatives and system enhancements
