Controller

Capco is seeking a Controller for their US Region to ensure financial reporting integrity and accuracy. This hybrid role involves partnering with senior leaders, maintaining financial controls, and leading close processes. The position requires a CPA and 8+ years of experience in accounting or controllership.

• Maintain strong financial controls and ensure accurate financial statements
• Own monthly financial reporting and variance analysis
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Serve as the primary point of contact for audit activities
• Partner with global finance teams for forecasting and planning
• CPA required with 8+ years of accounting or controllership experience
