Senior Accountant

Airbnb is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their Accounting Operations team to support global growth. This role involves end-to-end accounting activities, including reconciliations, reporting, and systems support, with a focus on accurate financial reporting and process improvements. You will collaborate with various cross-functional teams and leverage data tools like SQL.

• Manage monthly close and financial reporting processes
• Support lease, fixed asset, and software capitalization accounting
• Perform financial statement variance and fluctuation analysis
• Serve as a subject matter expert for accounting policies and systems
• Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation
• Leverage data and automation tools (e.g., Alteryx, SQL) for analysis
