Senior Manager, FP&A (R&D and Operations)

Zocdoc is seeking a Senior Manager of FP&A to support their R&D and operations teams. This role involves using financial and operational insights to guide investment, headcount, and performance decisions. You will partner closely with functional leadership to support strategic planning, resource allocation, and operating efficiency.

• Lead FP&A business partnership across R&D and Operations
• Support budgets, forecasts, hiring plans, and investment decisions
• Partner with functional leaders to guide resource allocation
• Own planning and forecasting rhythm for supported functions
• Lead, coach, and develop team members
• Monitor performance against forecasts and identify risks/opportunities
