Senior Financial Analyst

Linxon is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to manage the end-to-end financial operations for global overhead functions. This role involves accounting, reporting, forecasting, and controllership activities, partnering with budget owners and senior stakeholders to provide accurate financial insights and support decision-making in a fast-paced global environment.

• Manage end-to-end financial accounting and controllership for global overhead cost centers
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and estimate processes
• Prepare monthly management reporting packages and executive summaries
• Analyze actual results against budget, forecast, and prior periods
• Partner with budget owners and functional leaders to support decision-making
• Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives
