Financial Controller

Flora Food Group is seeking a Financial Controller for their European team, based in Bengaluru. This hybrid role involves leading financial control activities, ensuring accurate reporting, strengthening compliance, and driving process improvements across the European business. The position requires extensive experience in financial controlling, IFRS, SAP S/4HANA, and strong business partnering skills.

• Own Balance Sheet and P&L reporting for European legal entities
• Lead month-end close activities and provide financial insights
• Drive financial control activities and ensure robust governance
• Lead local statutory reporting, tax compliance, and audit activities
• Partner with cross-functional teams across Europe
• Identify and implement financial process improvements
