Senior Financial Analyst

Join THE·TEAM as a Senior Financial Analyst to drive financial planning and decision-making for their Sports Talent business. You will build and maintain financial models, analyze performance, prepare management reports, and collaborate with various departments to identify opportunities and risks. This role requires strong analytical, forecasting, and Excel skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Maintain financial models and P&L forecasts
• Analyze employment agreements and employee commission structures
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analysis
