Sr. Manager, Accounting

Kinder's is seeking a Sr. Manager, Accounting to lead daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. This role involves managing month-end close, balance sheet integrity, and income statement accuracy, while strengthening internal controls and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced CPG environment.

• Lead monthly and annual close processes
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and income statement analysis
• Oversee general accounting activities and ensure GAAP compliance
• Support inventory, fixed asset, and payroll accounting
• Strengthen internal controls and support audit readiness
• Supervise and develop accounting team members
