About this role

Join our fee accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for public housing authorities. You will be responsible for running reports, entering budget data, analyzing client financials, and preparing various HUD submissions and reconciliations.

What we are looking for

Run reports and enter budget data using Housing Manager or MRI software
Analyze client data to prepare annual budgets and revisions
Prepare and submit annual operating subsidy and VMS reports
Complete VMS reconciliations and other HUD filings
Maintain supporting documentation for audits and client review
Knowledge of financial and/or accounting principles
