Manager, Accounting

Lead complex accounting areas including global leases, IT accounting, and share-based compensation. You will partner with various teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with U.S. GAAP. • Lead Global Lease Accounting function
• Oversee IT Accounting operations
• Review share-based compensation accounting
• Prepare and analyze asbestos liability and insurance accounting
• Review subsidiary restructuring liability rollforwards
• Prepare financial statement footnotes
