Senior Financial Analyst

As a Senior Financial Analyst on our Capital Markets team, you will support complex real estate transactions by performing in-depth financial analysis, creating valuation models, and translating findings into high-level summaries for brokers. This role offers the opportunity to work across diverse property types and markets, contributing directly to client solutions in debt advisory services.

• Prepare debt and equity offering memoranda
• Analyze rent rolls and operating statements
• Develop financial models in Excel and Argus
• Conduct discounted cash flow analyses
• Gather and evaluate due diligence materials
• Communicate transaction details in written format
