Lennar, a Fortune 500 homebuilder, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to support strategic initiatives through financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis. This role involves preparing monthly and quarterly reports, reconciliations, and ad-hoc requests using EPM tools like Hyperion and Essbase.

What we are looking for

Prepare financial reporting of KPIs for management decision-making
Support forecasting using EPM (Hyperion) for homebuilding metrics
Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliations (Essbase, Hyperion, E1)
Prepare monthly and quarterly internal reports and fulfill ad hoc requests
Conduct weekly and monthly forecasting, statistical reporting, and analysis
Experience with Machine Learning and Agentic AI is desired
