Fund Accounting Specialist

DWS is seeking a Fund CFO Associate to oversee the operations and finance of Infrastructure funds. This role involves managing day-to-day fund operations, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, and coordinating with various stakeholders including administrators, legal advisors, and auditors.

• Manage and run day-to-day operations of the Fund and Fund entities
• Maintain relationships with Fund and SPV officers, banks, and administrators
• Support legal and regulatory compliance functions
• Review fund entity management accounts and quarterly NAVs
• Coordinate and review statutory accounts, VAT, and tax returns
• Liaise with auditors and oversee service providers
