About this role

Sonic is seeking a Staff Accountant to support general accounting and financial reporting. This role involves daily general ledger activities, account reconciliations, and journal entries to ensure accurate financial reporting. You will work closely with the business and the Accounting and Finance team.

What we are looking for

Prepare journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities
Maintain accurate general ledger records
Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations
Assist with variance analysis and financial reporting
Support audits and compliance requests
