BTR Financial Analyst

As a Build-To-Rent (BTR) Regional Staff Accountant, you will support financial operations for multiple geographic divisions by preparing financial statements, journal entries, and reconciliations. You will ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations, assist with internal controls, and leverage AI tools to improve accounting processes. • Assist in preparing consolidated financial statements and SEC reports
• Prepare monthly journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
• Maintain fixed asset records and support external audits
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley Act
• Identify accounting issues and areas for process improvement
• Support forecast model submissions and leverage AI tools
