Senior Finance & Accounting Manager

This role supports financial and accounting activities for assigned business units, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. You will partner with regional leadership to analyze financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and oversee project-level financial processes. The position also involves managing project accounting resources and contributing to financial decision-making.

• Prepare and review monthly financial results, forecasts, and variance analyses
• Partner with regional leadership to evaluate financial performance
• Manage and develop project accounting staff
• Review project cost reports, backlog, billing positions, and cash flow
• Lead business planning processes and financial assumption analysis
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls
