Accounting and Compliance Analyst

Manage and reconcile over 150 accounts, primarily federally funded sponsored projects, ensuring timely and accurate transactions. You will be responsible for compliance with federal, state, and campus policies, researching discrepancies, and maintaining accurate encumbrances. This role offers a collaborative team environment focused on providing elite service to faculty and the university community.

• Reconcile over 150 sponsored project accounts monthly
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and campus regulations
• Research and correct transaction discrepancies
• Maintain accurate encumbrances and produce monthly reports
• Utilize Workday and BA4 Priority software
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of finance/accounting experience

• Must be authorized to work without sponsorship.
