Senior Tax Accountant

As a Senior Tax Accountant at EMC, you will prepare and analyze federal and state corporate tax returns, ensuring accurate tax treatment for investments and compliance with tax law changes. This role involves preparing quarterly tax provisions, overseeing information reporting, and collaborating with various departments to maintain accurate financial statements. You will have the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule from the Des Moines metro area.

• Prepare federal and state corporate tax returns
• Analyze workpapers and determine taxable income
• Prepare and analyze current and deferred tax calculations
• Prepare quarterly tax provisions and provide training
• Oversee and improve information reporting processes
• Analyze various investments for tax basis
