Raymond James is seeking a Senior Registered Client Service Associate to provide high-touch administrative support to Financial Advisors and their clients. This role involves managing client interactions, onboarding new clients, processing trades, and assisting with marketing efforts in a fast-paced financial services environment.

• Serve as first point of contact for client inquiries and scheduling
• Manage client onboarding, liquidity events, and investment monitoring
• Process discretionary and non-discretionary trades and maintain models
• Service alternative investments and foreign accounts
• Create reports, manage expenses, and onboard new clients
• Mentor junior team members and manage team workflow
