The University of Central Florida's Financial Affairs division seeks an experienced Accounting Manager to lead student financial cashiering services, customer service units, and campus cash/check collections. This role involves directing a team, ensuring operational excellence, and advancing the university's financial goals through sound fiscal stewardship and compliance.
What we are looking for 6
- Manage daily, monthly, and annual financial reporting and reconciliations
- Oversee university cashiering operations and high-volume deposits
- Direct, train, and evaluate accounting staff
- Ensure compliance with Florida Statutes, BOG regulations, and UCF policies
- Develop and implement strategic financial plans and internal controls
- Maintain Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance
