Associate Director, Tax Accounting

Kyndryl is seeking an Associate Director of Tax Accounting to lead global income tax provision processes under ASC 740 for a Fortune 500 company. This role involves partnering with various teams across 60+ jurisdictions to ensure accurate tax reporting, manage complex international tax matters, and support financial reporting and tax planning initiatives.

• Lead global income tax provision process under ASC 740
• Ensure accurate reporting of non-US tax positions
• Review and challenge tax provision calculations
• Prepare and review ASC 740 disclosures for external reporting
• Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Legal, and External Reporting teams
• Coordinate with external auditors
