Accounting & Tax Manager

Electrolux Group is seeking an Accounting & Tax Manager to lead their finance and accounting operations in San Juan, Puerto Rico. This onsite role involves overseeing financial reporting, compliance, accounts payable, and managing a team. You will be a key business partner, supporting a complex commercial distribution business and playing a crucial role in an ERP transformation to SAP.

• Lead end-to-end accounting operations including GL, AP, financial reporting, and statutory compliance
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting per local GAAP and Electrolux policies
• Manage internal/external audits and ensure timely tax filings
• Oversee accounting for imports, intercompany transactions, and inventory
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of finance professionals
