Senior Tax Analyst (Domestic)

• Prepare and review federal and state income tax returns and estimates
• Manage quarterly and annual GAAP and statutory tax accruals
• Respond to IRS and state tax notices and audit inquiries
• Maintain tax depreciation records and prepare journal entries
• Research and document technical tax and GAAP issues
• Requires CPA and 5+ years of relevant tax experience
