Manager, Hedge Fund Accounting

Lead a hedge fund accounting team, manage client relationships, and drive operational excellence. This role involves coaching professionals, reviewing financial deliverables, and resolving complex accounting issues. You will also partner with internal teams on strategic initiatives and new product development.

• Lead and coordinate fund accounting team's daily work plan
• Coach, mentor, and provide performance leadership to accounting professionals
• Review and approve fund accounting deliverables including P&L and NAV
• Oversee preparation of financial statements and client reporting
• Serve as primary client contact, building strong relationships
• Resolve complex fund accounting and operational issues
