Senior Fund Accountant

Wellington Management is seeking a Senior Fund Controller to join their dynamic Fund Control & Operations team in Boston. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of fund accounting, valuation, performance, and operational activities across various investment products. You will act as a subject matter expert, manage complex issues, oversee third-party providers, and drive process improvements and automation initiatives.

• Oversee daily fund accounting activities and investigate/resolve exceptions
• Review and validate fund performance returns and pricing exceptions
• Manage relationships with fund administrators and other service providers
• Identify operational risks and recommend control enhancements
• Design and implement automation solutions for efficiency and risk management
• Partner with Technology to automate manual processes and modernize oversight
