Lead SEC Analyst

GitLab is seeking a Lead SEC Analyst to own external financial reporting, including Forms 10-K and 10-Q. This role involves driving the reporting calendar, coordinating cross-functional teams, and improving disclosure quality and processes. You will report to the Director of SEC Reporting and work remotely from the Americas.

• Own preparation, review, and filing of SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, S-1)
• Build and drive quarterly/annual reporting calendar and coordinate cross-functional inputs
• Lead earnings release process and review financial information
• Own disclosure checklist and XBRL review process
• Improve SEC reporting process through automation and standardization
• Ensure compliance with SEC and U.S. GAAP reporting requirements
