Financial Control Accountant

FNZ is seeking a Financial Control Accountant, FP&A Lead to drive forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis for its North America business. This role involves owning the annual budget and quarterly forecasts, maintaining robust financial models, and communicating financial insights to senior stakeholders. You will partner closely with business leaders to provide financial guidance and support month-end activities.

• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
• Own and maintain Excel forecast models
• Analyze performance against budget and forecast
• Produce management reporting for senior stakeholders
• Partner with business stakeholders to provide financial insights
• Support month-end tasks and variance investigation
