Financial Analyst

Colliers is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their Indianapolis team. This onsite role supports transaction management and capital markets by providing expert financial analysis for investment sales and equity-raising assignments. You will underwrite opportunities, analyze property financials, and translate complex data into clear conclusions for clients and investors.

• Support investment sales and equity-raising assignments
• Underwrite acquisitions, dispositions, and development opportunities
• Analyze property-level cash flow projections and returns
• Develop market-supported assumptions through data analysis
• Translate complex financial information into clear conclusions
• Coordinate with clients, property managers, and consultants
