Senior Financial Analyst

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Motor Control Center business. This role involves financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis, partnering with various teams to deliver financial insights. You will analyze performance, identify financial drivers, and communicate results using enterprise financial systems.

• Develop financial plans and forecasts for sales, orders, margins, and spend
• Prepare and analyze orders, sales, spend, and backlog reporting
• Provide financial support for Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and quarterly forecasting
• Identify opportunities for automation and simplification of reporting processes
• Perform ad hoc financial analyses and respond to business inquiries
• Develop reports and dashboards to support decision-making
