Senior Financial Analyst

U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to provide strategic finance leadership and decision support for their Asset Management & Institutional Investments business. This role involves partnering with business leaders to evaluate performance, identify growth opportunities, and deliver actionable insights to support business strategy and long-term financial objectives.

• Lead forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis for investment management revenue and expenses
• Assess business drivers, communicate performance trends, and support planning
• Conduct product profitability and trend analysis
• Develop recommendations to support product positioning and growth strategies
• Serve as a trusted finance advisor and product subject matter expert
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses
