Senior Financial Analyst

Medtronic is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their Global Functions Finance Team in Fridley, MN. This role will provide accounting, finance, and business partnering support, focusing on financial planning, forecasting, and modeling for the Global Human Resources and Comms teams. You will collaborate with high-level leaders and contribute to strategic financial decisions.

• Perform financial analysis and reporting for HR and Corporate functions
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
• Analyze financial results and variances, providing actionable insights
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business performance
• Prepare presentations for leadership and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies
