Senior Analyst, SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting

Figma is seeking a Senior Analyst for their SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting team. This role involves supporting the preparation of SEC filings, researching and documenting complex accounting transactions, and contributing to the monthly close process. You will partner cross-functionally to ensure compliance with US GAAP and SEC regulations.

• Support preparation of quarterly (10-Q) and annual (10-K) SEC filings
• Research and draft technical accounting position memos for complex transactions
• Prepare and review monthly equity accounting journal entries
• Contribute to the monthly and quarterly close process
• Partner cross-functionally with Legal, FP&A, Tax, Stock Administration, and Investor Relations
• Maintain internal accounting policies and process documentation
