Senior Analyst, Financial Reporting & Accounting

Chipotle is seeking a Senior Analyst, Financial Reporting & Accounting to join their controllership team. This role will support monthly and quarterly financial close, consolidation, and reporting processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements. You will also be responsible for strengthening internal controls, driving process improvements, and automating reporting.

• Support monthly and quarterly financial close, consolidation, and reporting
• Prepare and review journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Perform and certify balance sheet account reconciliations
• Prepare and review internal and external financial statements and disclosures
• Maintain and enhance accounting and financial reporting process documentation
• Drive process standardization and automation using technology
