About this role
Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their Finance Projects team in Carlsbad, California. This role will focus on Cost Accounting and Operations Finance projects, including integrating acquisitions into ERP systems and driving process improvements using AI and automation. The position requires on-site presence 3-5 days a week.
What we are looking for
6- Support ERP system migrations with emphasis on manufacturing modules
- Perform data validation and controls testing
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during system setup and go-live
- Lead project-related change management, communication, and training
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation for process improvements
- Assess and implement AI/ML tools for reporting efficiency and analysis
