Associate Manager, Financial Reporting

Support the Individual Retirement Controllers Team with financial reporting and analysis for GAAP and Statutory reporting. This role involves preparing quarterly and annual financial deliverables, analyzing trends, and supporting SEC filings.

• Prepare quarterly and annual financial reporting deliverables (GAAP/Statutory)
• Analyze trends and variances in financial statements
• Support SEC 10-Q and 10-K filings
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of financial reporting
• Collaborate with various finance and business teams
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA preferable)
