Join our Finance team as an Accounting Operations Specialist, where you will collaborate with onshore and finance teams to ensure accounting operations meet agreed-upon service levels. You will play a key role in managing month-end processes, reconciliations, and identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement.

Manage month-end/quarter-end People Cost processes and accruals
Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and meet global deadlines
Ensure achievement of accounting operations SLAs
Identify and implement automation opportunities
Maintain documentation for ISO compliance
Commerce Graduate with 4+ years of experience and Oracle/ERP knowledge
