Financial Controller F/M/X

This role supports a major transformation program at Royal Canin, a Mars company, by managing day-to-day financial operations and strengthening financial foundations. You will lead financial reporting, internal controls, and process optimization, with a focus on overheads and cash flow, while also contributing to financial systems development and tax obligations across Europe.

• Lead financial reporting and period close processes
• Ensure compliance with Mars Finance Manual policies and local regulations
• Create and maintain a secure internal control environment
• Manage finance-impacted processes and serve as auditor/tax liaison
• Analyze overheads and free cash flow, providing performance insights
• Supervise financial operations team and contribute to the finance community
