Property Accountant

Colliers is seeking a Property Accountant in Phoenix, Arizona to support a local property portfolio. This role involves preparing financial reports, maintaining general ledger accounts, and assisting with month-end closing processes. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of property accounting experience in commercial real estate and proficiency in accounting software.

• Prepare and post journal entries, reconcile accounts, and assist with month-end closing
• Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure proper documentation
• Complete monthly reporting and assist with audit processes
• Coordinate integration of new properties into accounting workflow
• Oversee accuracy and productivity of property management accounting
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of accounting reporting and check runs
